BIO
Between shadow and light, Charleen reveals a sound aesthetic inherited from the 80s, yet resolutely modern.
At the crossroads of indie rock and new wave, Charleen’s universe is driven by saturated rhythm guitar, soaring riffs and retro synths.
Her voice moves through English lyrics exploring our relationship with freedom, the constant search for authenticity, and the inner duality between our light and shadow.
Alone on stage, the artist reveals a minimalist universe that is both powerful and intimate.
